New Solution
I've come up with a new way for galleries to cut costs on expenses at opening receptions. It is also a way to cut back on plastic cup waste. Instead of hiring a bartender or making a receptionist stay late to pour wine and supply snacks galleries could just let visitors bob for apples in a barrel of wine. I was thinking red wine.
